After an incredible 14-year journey with Cosmic, Kate Doodson, affectionately known as Cosmic Kate, will be stepping down from her role as Joint CEO. Kate has been an integral part of our organisation, and a pioneer in digital transformation across our client-base, contributing significantly to our growth and success and for this we are very thankful.
Kate has been a driving force behind Cosmic's renowned digital transformation initiatives, earning her a well-deserved reputation as a leader and innovator in the field. While bidding farewell to such a respected and loved colleague is undoubtedly bittersweet, we recognise that Kate's move represents a fantastic opportunity for both her and The Brandon Trust, the charity in Bristol where she will be employed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
We will miss Kate’s expertise, passion, and unwavering commitment to delivering social impact through digital transformation but also wish her every success in her next role. Kate will continue to leverage her skills and experience to drive digital transformation and contribute to the charity's admirable mission of enabling children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism to live life in the way they choose.

Lindsay brings with her over 17 years of distinguished experience in the tech industry, with specialisms in Operations, IT, Project and Account Management. She has consistently led successful teams, cultivated strong customer engagement, and instigated transformative shifts in organisational culture.
Beyond technical proficiency, she brings dynamic leadership and innovative problem-solving skills, excels in building meaningful partnerships, driving employee engagement, and implementing strategic business development initiatives. She was a finalist for the prestigious Women in Tech Leadership Award and has achieved accolades such as Best Company to Work for at the UK Employee Experience Awards. Her industry-leading Net Promoter score of 100 is also testament to her commitment to excellence.
