Lively Leadership

Funded by Capacity Builders, COSMIC’s project ‘Lively Leadership’ is designed to enable leaders of all levels to develop their confidence, competence and commitment in order to inspire their organisations and their people with passion and a sense of shared purpose.

The project will offer a new and innovative way for leaders in social enterprises to develop, giving leaders at all levels an opportunity to realise their full potential and access the most appropriate support available both through the project and through other sources. The project will be flexible and will be tailored to the individuals’ needs and aspirations.
